As part of a new series on the Ohio Valley Newz, we hand over the keyboard to an angry old man who gives his honest reviews of things happening around the Ohio Valley.
The other day my old lady and I were walking around heritage port where there’s too much ruckus and kids playing loud music and riding their scooters when we noticed the place where we always got our kitchen supplies wasn’t there anymore. Instead it looks like some young PUNKS turned it into some bar, or music hall, or something I don’t know it had me and the old lady confused. Worst part, our favorite burger joint is in there now too.
So if we want to enjoy an Avenue Eats burger, we have to listen to hip hop or whatever angry music these kids listen to nowadays. It’s the absolute worst. These kids don’t care anymore and it shows.
Saturday it rained at the Blues Fest which we only go there because the old lady likes the food there and everyone there was talking about going to this new Waterfront Hall since the festival rained out. Let me tell you, it was PACKED with a bunch of hoodlums listening to their satanic blues music.
Whoever owns the building didn’t even finish the walls. You could still see the original brick in certain areas and it just looked like they didn’t care. They made us walk up to a counter to order our food. We didn’t even have a waitress we could harass about our food not being cooked to our liking. IT WAS TERRIBLE.
Too many changes happening around here and I don’t like it one bit. I’m gonna go yell at kids in the street for riding their bikes too close to my car but I’ll be back to review more things happening to our poor town.
