Babydog, Jim Justice’s dog, has been slapped with a lawsuit for not paying back loans for its one of a kind dog coal mill in Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
Babydog, also known by his real name as 12 Gauge Justice, allegedly borrowed $123 million in secured loans from at least five different lending companies and has paid back almost none of the loans, according to court documents.
This information became public shortly after Gov. Jim Justice started using his dog to promote West Virginians to get the Covid-19 vaccine.
