The black Model 3 Tesla that is used by the President of Roxby Development’s chauffeur to get him to important meetings has fallen into disrepair.
Roxby Development has come under heavy public scrutiny this past year for allegedly not paying employees, small businesses, large businesses, medium sized businesses, etc.
“The show, uhhh, must go on,” said Jeffrey Morris, President of Roxby Development, with a grin and a drag of a cigarette. “Because of all these assholes who don’t want to see anything good happening in Wheeling, we’ve had a couple setbacks. But these tires will really put us in a good position.”
“It [the Tesla] looks like it was rode hard and put away wet and it’s a total disgrace,” said Jeff Sr, Jeffrey’s father and part owner of Roxby Development, “More embarrassing than anything else going on at all.”
A spokesperson for the company who would only meet while hiding inside a Moundsville storage unit said they truly believe these tires might be the start of something great in Wheeling. “I’ve put all of my children’s college
funds on the line to help Jeffrey’s vision and he’s a genius so, this will all work out, right?”
Any investor that provides the tires will have opportunities to invest more money into Roxby Development and maybe even get 10% of the company, according to Morris.
“Yeah…there’s about uh…20 people who own 10% of the company. It’ll just work its way out.” When we asked Morris what he meant by this, he pretended to answer his phone and promptly left the room.
We were informed this arrangement is a “scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours kinda thing” and Morris prefers not to do contracts.
